Yeah I never thought he should’ve got nearly the amount of hate he received. He wasn’t perfect but he I don’t think he was this “toxin” people made him out to be. Never had the super teams players today do.

Very good assessment! Denver melo has the explosiveness and the Knicks melo had the overall better game. He was a underrated leader with the Knicks in my opinion. I blame Phil Jackson for messing that team up.

With Denver he was much more athletic and took it to the rim, rarely shot outside 15 feet. With New York he was a much better shooter and expanded his range but lost that quickness. Shame how his career is turning out. He was always my favorite.
