In this post I will recap from last night in which 2 players stood out to me! Personally I was at a basketball game with my family and I’ll get into that post later. But nevertheless I am always watching basketball. This is my season , my love, my passion! Last night I saw the Chicago Bulls play against the Charlotte Hornets.
So let’s get into it, the 2 players that stood out to me. Both players had a remarkable games in their own rights!
Andre Drummond (DET)
41MP
32P 23R 4B 3S 2TO
7 ORB
12-18 FG
0-1 3PM
8-10 FT
+4
W
119 DET
110 IND
Fun Fact:
Andre Drummond is now apart of Detroit’s history: 👇🏽
Kyrie Irving (BKY)
38MP
50P 8R 7A 1B
0 TO
17/33 FG
7/14 3PM
9/10 FT
L
127 MIN
126 BKY
Fun Fact:
This is Kyrie Irving’s 3rd time scoring 50p+ in his career!
So he had himself quite a game . He has also had a shot to seal the game with a win. Check it out👇🏽
Here is what he did throughout the entire game.👇🏽
Kyrie Summary:
Both players had wonderful opening night games for each respective team and I appreciate what both players did. I feel like Kyrie Irving couldn’t wait to prove himself this year. So opening night especially he wanted to put the league on watch! I believe that he will be on a personal mission to prove that he can lead his team and score at high clips every night! It should be fun to watch his evolution.
Andre Summary:
For Drummond it was just another night at the office. As no one can stop him on the rebounds. Which I’ve been saying for a few years now that we need to appreciate players who do other things on the court besides score. Last night Andre Drummond showed his worth and got it done. Anytime a player is able to put 30P+ with 20R+. You got to give them huge props because their a small list of players that can do that.
Which player do you think had the better game?
Stylistically Kyrie had the better game than Andre.
Please chime in and let’s discuss!

I just wish KD was out there with him right now. THAT would be something special.

We’ll see how far he can bring the nets with his “style of play”. Should be interesting in terms of his growth in leadership.

Yes, without LeBron. KD should really help, though.

Yes to everything lol. Plus Kyrie is a great scorer but at this point he needs to prove he can win!

Does Kyrie hamper the Nets? Is he a ball hog? And would the nets have been better off keeping their other point guard who went to the Dubs.
