That James Harden & Russell Westbrook are currently the highest paid duo in the NBA.
Combined they are making 76.7 Million this season.
Which means that their run together is either championship or change directions.
But if the Houston Rockets decide to keep these two players than they will be limited to the talent pool in free agency. Due to salary restrictions. Unless the GM doesn’t mind being in the luxury tax to not win!
But on the other hand…..
If the Houston Rockets don’t make it to the nba finals then I believe that they will break these two players up.
It wouldn’t make sense for a team to invest more than half of the teams salary into two players that can’t even bring you to the finals.
Contract:
James Harden –
Russell Westbrook –
WHO TO TRADE:
If the Houston Rockets were to trade one of these two players I would definitely chose to trade James Harden. I believe that they’ll get a lot in return for him. He’s a great scorer but if he doesn’t hit another switch in these playoffs then I would move him at some point.
Drop a thought…..

CAN THE OKC ORIGINALLY BIG 3 TEAM BACK UP?
The city would definitely want Harden over Westbrook. But I’m thinking about getting assets and draft picks and it’s much easier to build around broodie.

Wow! That’s thought-provoking. Who to retain, who to bump off. I think the city will prefer to have Harden than Westbrook if it cones to that. Hopefully not tho.
