Lol right. Russ plays better with less anyway.

I thought this might happen. I say New Orleans because they want somebody around Zion but it would end up as Zion around Westbrook.

New Orleans would have to move a lot to get him.

He would make the Knicks something they currently are not. Watchable.

Right! Playing with the Knicks he can break some individual records. At this point Russ not changing his game.

No he’s not. And really, the idea that he’ll blow the Knicks chances at a primo FA the following year is unrealistic. Nobody is interested in going to NY as they are presently constituted. If Russ goes and re-energizes the fan base and makes the team competitive in any way, that’s how you sell the Garden on FA’s. Show them how electric the city can be when it has something to root for.

Maybe he goes to LAC??? He’s already had a team where he was 1-5 but he’s never been on a great big three. OKC would’ve been that, but they were still too young and then Harden got traded. All they would need is a third team to move all the contracts off of LAC. Enter Philly. Rockets need bigs, Philly needs shooting and LAC could have a 3 headed defensive/offensive beast.

From the very start of the past season, I had professed my apprehensions about a Harden-Westbrook partnership. Just wouldn’t last, considering the mindsets of both stars.

Hey thanks for the thought! Westbrook doesn’t share the rock the well with others. The last time Westbrook and pg-13 were on the same team. Westbrook shot over 40times. I don’t think his mentality will fit Kawhi who needs the ball in certain spots like a kd. Westbrook would be better served on a lesser team like the hornets where he can fully flourish. I think his contending days are over especially with that huge contract.

And you were absolutely right! Harden is a terrible leader lol. No one wants to play along side a superstar who dribbles so much on every possession. I’m hearing that harden to the nets could happen lol. The nba wild right now. The lakers got Dennis from okc.

Dennis is a perfect fit for the 2 superstars. Good, but not good enough to upstage them both. Dennis’ numbers will dip, but his points will not be the end-all of things. His mere offensive threat will create more space and opportunities for LBJ and AD, as well as the rest. He could be this year’s game changer for the lakers.

For sure a great pick up by the lakers but the Thunder could of gotten a lot more from him. Not sure why they settle. Dennis has boarder line all star talent. Really good young player and I feel the opposite about what you said because I feel he’ll still be needed to average around 20ppg. Lebron scoring will take a slight dip. Maybe 23p – 26p.

Good point, my friend. This could also lessen the scoring load off the 2. It will be interesting to see how Dennis impacts the Lakers. But yes, for sure he will be a big asset. Cheers! What did Okc gain in the trade?

Lbj only looking to score in the playoffs at this point in his career. That’s why he got AD. And Lol okc got a late first round draft pick & Danny green. I guess they going to flip both by the trade deadline. But the lakers are going to be even better.
