All star players usually give you around 20+ points per game.
Superstars generally average around 27.5+ points per game.
And there’s a huge difference when it comes to the playoffs. If I see a drop off in the players playoffs performances then my interests as you in a player will certainly decline. I need to see elevation! Growth!
And if your player that averages around 20 points per game then you are considered to be an all-star level player. But if your team does not make the playoffs then are you really an all-star level player?🤔
Or are you just a really good player who can put up numbers on a bad team?
What needs to be accomplished:
Does your scoring lead to victories?
Does it seem overwhelming that you need to score for your team to have a fighting chance?
If I noticed that than I feel like the team needs more talent?
NEXT LEVEL:
To me a superstar player elevates himself in the playoffs. When everyone knows you the man and you cannot he stopped! When the ball is in your hands and the opposing team tries their all to stop you and they can’t.
But nonetheless if you don’t come back the next year stronger and better than you have just plateaued in my eyes.
Let me know some of your favorite nba superstars. Pasted or present.
