  • On March 2, 1962, Wilt Chamberlain scored 100 points against the “New York Knickerbockers.” During the 61-62 season, Wilt averaged 50.4 points per game; he still holds 90 NBA records. I am sure that you know all of these facts, but maybe some of your readers do not. Wild was “my guy!”

  • Love watching old videos of Wilt! A myth of a legend. I enjoy watching the old basketball players during his time. He was just an amazing player and his demeanor on the court is legendary.
    I enjoy his 72pt game when he only missed I believe less than 7 shots. Just wild!

  • I think that the centers did many of the functions that forwards do today. The centers of today don’t necessarily take part in the tip off. I saw Walt Bellamy; he was amazing!
